Public Offer for purchases through the QUVVAT online store

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer of JV LLC “QUVVAT PERFORMANCE CENTER” (the “Seller”) and sets out the terms and conditions for purchasing products through the QUVVAT online store.

By placing an order on the website, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

This offer governs the relationship between the Seller and the Customer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller agrees to transfer products offered through the QUVVAT online store to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept the ordered products.

The product range may include bicycles, bicycle components, accessories, equipment, apparel and other products displayed on the website.

3. Placing an Order

The Customer selects products on the website and places an order through the electronic checkout form.

When placing an order, the Customer may be required to provide:

• First and last name;
• Contact telephone number;
• Email address;
• Delivery address;
• Other information necessary to fulfil the order.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

A QUVVAT representative may contact the Customer to confirm the order, delivery address and other details.

4. Product Prices

Product prices are displayed on the relevant product pages of the online store.

Prices may change. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout, subject to confirmation by the Seller.

Delivery charges may be calculated separately and communicated to the Customer before the order is completed.

5. Payment Methods

Orders are paid using the payment methods available on the website.

QUVVAT intends to accept payments through Octobank / Octo using the following payment systems:

• Visa;
• Mastercard;
• Humo;
• Uzcard.

Payments are processed by the relevant payment provider.

QUVVAT does not request or store full payment card details on its own website. Card details are entered through the provider's secure payment interface.

An order is considered paid after successful payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

Delivery is provided in accordance with the terms published on the Shipping Policy page.

At the current stage, delivery is intended to be available within Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

Delivery costs and times depend on the product type, delivery address and courier availability.

Delivery arrangements are confirmed with the Customer after order confirmation.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the terms published on the Returns Policy page.

Statutory requirements regarding the exchange or return of products of satisfactory quality apply.

The Customer may contact the Seller regarding returns, exchanges or product defects.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the Customer's statutory rights.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

For payments made by bank card, refunds are processed through the payment provider to the relevant card or payment instrument used for the transaction, unless otherwise required by law or the provider's rules.

The time required for funds to be credited depends on the issuing bank and payment system.

9. Rights and Obligations

The Seller agrees to:

• Provide accurate product information;
• Supply the products ordered by the Customer;
• Comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Review Customer inquiries;
• Process orders and payments in accordance with applicable rules.

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information when placing an order;
• Pay for the products ordered;
• Accept delivered products;
• Comply with these Terms & Conditions.

10. Personal Data

Customer personal data is processed for order placement, payment, delivery, communication and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the QUVVAT Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

This section does not limit consumer rights established by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the Seller and the Customer shall first be addressed through negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
